  1. Response to DMCA Takedown Notice

We will process all properly submitted DMCA takedown notices in accordance with the DMCA. If we remove infringing material in response to a DMCA takedown notice, we will attempt to contact the party that made the material available on the Website.

  1. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following information:
